                                Music and Singing Songs

We believe that music and singing songs not only help children learn language, but that also                                      help engage them to build essential skills such as listening and speaking to express emotions.                                    The interactive nature of music in our program also helps the children develop social                                                  interactions, while the traditional Persian songs familiarize children with Iranian instruments                                  and the Persian musical scale

                                 Craft and Art

Through experimentation with the various materials and methodologies, children                                                        learn more about themselves and their world while developing important creative                                                        skills (both technical and cognitive). Much of our work is collaborative, which helps                                                    them become more kind, compassionate, and cooperative individuals. This also                                                             supports the development of natural language skills.

                                    Storytelling

Each session ends with storytelling, a puppet show, or a play using the concepts,                                                          words, and expressions the children learned in previous sessions.  Repetition is key                                                      in promoting language learning, while the fun and creative activities help engage                                                          the children.  This also supports teaching natural language within a contextual                                                              framework.
